What are roll labels?

Roll labels are self-adhesive labels supplied on rolls for automatic labeling systems and thermal printers. They are the most cost-effective solution for medium to large runs and enable fast, mechanical processing in industry, logistics and retail.

Materials

etitex AG supplies roll labels in paper (standard, gloss, matte), polypropylene (PP, waterproof), polyester (PET, temperature-resistant), polyimide (up to 300°C), recycled paper and FSC-certified paper. The right material for every application.

Adhesive types

Depending on the application, etitex AG provides roll labels with permanent adhesive (standard), removable adhesive, low-temperature adhesive (down to –40°C), high-tack adhesive for rough surfaces and water-soluble adhesive for glass bottles.

Formats and configuration

Roll labels in all common formats – from small barcodes (25 × 10 mm) to large product labels. Standard core diameter 76 mm, on request also 25 mm or 38 mm. Outer or inner winding depending on application system. etitex AG produces to your machine specifications.

Quality control

After the printing process, all roll labels are checked by etitex AG's camera inspection system for printing defects, mislabels and contamination. Only flawless rolls are delivered.
