After the printing process, all labels are checked by etitex AG's camera inspection system for possible defects. Various criteria such as printing defects, mislabels and contamination are analyzed precisely. The state-of-the-art camera technology detects even the smallest defects and guarantees defect-free production.

What is checked?

The camera inspection system analyzes every label sheet and roll for printing defects (color deviations, misprints), mislabels (wrong sequence, missing labels) and contamination (foreign bodies, spots). Defective labels are automatically sorted out.
