Primera AP380e
The AP380e labeler is our most advanced labeler for precise semi-automatic labeling of both cylindrical and many conical containers, including bottles, cans, jars and tubes.
This model features a built-in rewinder for the liner, a release button for easier manual application and increased speed for precise and efficient label application.
The best way to operate a labeler depends on the working environment and the preferred method of operation. This is different for every application. Sometimes it is more practical to start the labeling process by hand, sometimes it is better to start it by foot. This is why the AP380e now has a start button integrated on the top of the device in addition to the tried-and-tested foot switch. This allows the AP380e to be operated at the touch of a button.
The integrated spring-loaded pressure arm ensures that labels are applied firmly and wrinkle-free. With an AP series labeler, you can apply labels faster and more precisely, speed up your production and ultimately sell more products.

Two model variants are available:
The basic model AP360e is suitable for applying individual labels. The scope of the basic model has been extended in the AP362e so that it can apply one or two different labels to the product packaging, as is usual for wine bottles, for example. The built-in LED display shows the number of products already labeled, and the integrated memory for up to nine different label settings for front and back label jobs facilitates the processing of recurring production orders.

In conjunction with the SQUIX, the S3200 is a cost-effective solution for all dispensing printers - both for semi-automatic operation and for installation in production lines. Printed labels are automatically applied to a product. The label is positioned horizontally with a rotary cylinder and placed on the product with a short-stroke cylinder.

For labeling products as they pass along a conveyor belt. The product sensor detects the labeling position. The dispensing process is started and the next label is printed at the same time. The transport speed must be adjusted to the printing speed. A reflex sensor monitors the positioning and is available with or without a label sensor.
